1. What is SMART DigiBook?
SMART DigiBook is a platform that enables you to access the digital version of books from Navneet Publications. The eBooks that can be accessed via the App / Web browser will enhance your learning. These are bundled with a host of digital resources like Videos, Audio, MCQs, interactive exercises, sticky notes, digital pen, and many more.
2. How can I use SMART DigiBook?
Download the App from Android Play Store or Apple App Store or log on to the web browser. Login using your registered mobile number or make a new registration. Redeem the access code mentioned in the physical book or purchase a book on The SMART Store.
1. How to redeem a book?
Log in to your account on SMART DigiBook (App or Web Browser). Redeem the access code (available on the inside cover of the Navneet physical books), and the book is added to your My Library section. That’s all about it, access the book at any time, anywhere.
2. What is the Validity/Duration of the access code?
SMART DigiBook access codes are valid for 1 academic year for educational books, for other books the validity is 365 days from the date you redeem. The validity of the books is mentioned in the Library or on your SMART Store Invoice.
3. Can I use the access code on multiple devices?
The access code is unique for every user. If you are using SMART DigiBook on the App, the access code can be redeemed on one login / one device. However when using the web browser, a user can login on different PC’s or Laptops. Multiple users cannot login using the same Login Id.

The SMART Store is India’s first online marketplace for DigiBooks within the SMART DigiBook platform. Users can purchase eBooks that come enriched with a variety of digital resources, including videos, audios, interactive games, web links, and reference documents. It’s a one-stop shop for accessing dynamic and engaging educational content!
2. What are the different editions available for DigiBooks in the SMART Store?
There are two editions available: Basic edition and Premium edition. The Basic Edition provides access to select digital resources or features within the eBook. However, certain digital resources included in the book are locked in the basic version. Some eBooks may allow access to all resources even in the basic edition. The premium edition unlocks all the digital & interactive resources available in the eBooks. Access to the resources will have a significant impact on your learning experience.
3. How can I upgrade from Basic to Premium edition?
If you’ve purchased the basic edition of the eBook or received access through a redemption code from the physical copy of the book, upgrading to the premium edition is easy. Simply choose the “Upgrade to Premium” option and for a small fee, you will receive full access to all the resources in the eBook, while the access expiry remains unchanged.
4. What is the refund policy for purchases made in the SMART Store?
If there are any irregularities in the product purchased from The SMART Store, you can request a refund within 7 working days of purchase. Please refer to our refund policy section on the app/web browser for eligibility and process.

You can earn NavCoins by participating in various activities like registering on the platform, redeeming access codes.
2. How do I Spend my NavCoins?
Go to the 'Wallet' section. Once you have enough NavCoins, you'll see available coupons that you can claim. After claiming a coupon, you can use it on the Navneet | Educational Content, Books, and Stationery.
3. What happens if I don’t have enough NavCoins to unlock a coupon?
Coupons that you don't have enough NavCoins for will remain locked. Keep redeeming more books on the platform to earn more NavCoins and unlock them.
4. Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, only one discount code can be used per transaction on the Navneet Store.
5. What is the minimum purchase amount required to use a discount code?
The minimum purchase amount is INR 300 to use any discount code.
6. Can I continue to earn NavCoins after redeeming a coupon?
Yes! You can continue earning NavCoins by engaging with the platform and redeeming more coupons as you accumulate them.
7. Where can I view all my claimed rewards?
All your claimed rewards will appear in the 'Available' section of your rewards section. You can view and use them anytime.
8. How long are the discount codes valid?
The validity of the discount codes will be mentioned when you claim them. Make sure to use them within that period.
